I've been eating a lot of pumpkin lately, and ran across a wonderful recipe for a pumpkin smoothie. Pumpkin is really good for you and contains lots of beta carotene. So I thought that I would share the recipe with you all.
-1/2 of a frozen banana
-1/4 cup pumpkin
-1/4 tsp. cinnamon
-1/2 tsp. vanilla
-1 scoop of protein powder(I used organic Raw Protein made by Garden of Life)
-1/3 cup milk
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk.
