If you don't like working out to boring videos with people whose muscles are larger than life, then enter this giveaway! We are giving away this DVD and purple hand weights to encourage your healthy lifestyle.

Ballet is a great way to tone and strengthen your body in a way that will not injure you, but will also stretch and balance you. The best thing about ballet is that as you are working out, you are having fun! Dancing takes your mind off the pain and allows you to focus on the art.
