Let me start by saying I don't believe two-piece swimsuits are appropriate worn alone, but I will say that they can be worn when making a swim outfit. Consider what you'll be doing before you go for fun in the sun. If you're slipping and sliding on a water slide, you will not want to wear the same thing as lounging on the beach.
