Baby Steps to Health - Steps 2 and 3

Welcome back to "Baby Steps To Health"! Today we will look at two very easy steps that everybody can accomplish.

Baby Step Number 2:

Replace two junk foods (chips, cookies, crackers, popcorn, etc.) with two raw fruits. Fruits are wonderful for our skin, and help aid in digestion. They are full of vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. If you have a sweet tooth, fruits can help satisfy your cravings without eating any sugar!

Baby Step Number 3:

Drink 6-8 glasses of pure, filtered water every day. Water is essential for our bodies to function properly. Did you know that 60 to 70% of our body is made up of water? Therefore, you see that drinking pure water is vital to your health. So drink away!
