I am going to confess something across the world wide web. 

{Big gulp, deep breath}

I have a bad habit! I peel my fingernails... yes, I said it. It's a habit I have had since I was a small child, and this summer I want to break it!

So here is my personal challenge, and I want all of you to keep me accountable:

For two months I will care for my fingernails and abstain from picking at them. If I can complete this challenge, I will reward my efforts by visiting a local organic salon.
