I have to admit, I love snacks after a good swim. Something about swimming, whether I am swimming laps or floating around, makes me really hungry. So every day when I come in from swimming I feel like I need a snack.
Here are some healthy ideas for pool/beachside snacking that are not high in fat or calories and are easy to pack in a cooler or beach bag.
~ Fruit
~ Carrot and celery sticks
~ Yogurt
~ Crackers and cheese
~ Applesauce
~ Natural potato chips (in small servings)
~ Sliced apples with peanut butter
