Who doesn't love ice cream? Thick, cold, sweet, and delicious! But many people cannot enjoy ice cream because they are allergic to dairy. So here is an easy, wonderful recipe for dairy-free ice cream!
Banana Ice Cream
{serves one}
~2 very ripe frozen bananas, cut into chunks
~1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
~3 or 4 tablespoons almond or rice milk
~1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
~1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Place all ingredients in a food processor or heavy-duty blender and process until smooth and creamy.

~peanut butter
~cocoa powder (or carob powder)
~coffee
~mint extract
~dairy-free chocolate or carob chips
~chopped nuts
~cinnamon
